Once in a while, life can knock us off balance, whether it be too much stress or lack of focus.  Either way, when your body and mind are not aligned, your health gets impacted.

That’s where I come in; my goal is to guide you on your own journey to balance.  Through Yoga, Meditation and Therapeutic Touch, I help to empower others to achieve balance in the body, mind and soul on all levels.  I provide treatments and classes in the comfort of your own home or office, in person or online, and throughout the community.
