Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is aimed at being low intensity, while maintaining the health and relaxation benefits of yoga. I provide chair yoga classes at various senior care facilities throughout the Niagara region, or I can come to you directly to provide private lessons!   I also have a team of teachers who also look after Oxford County and Niagara, so if I can’t make it, I have someone who can!
