Jaya travels to India every year for Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, in these classes you will learn how to set a routine to keep us healthy and balanced through the seasons by using lifestyle practices, nutrition, yoga, gem stones, essential oils and colour to heal imbalances that may be causing discomfort, pain, illness and dis-ease in your mind and body.

Please wear comfortable clothes as we will be doing some Classical Hatha yoga. Bring your mat, cushion, note books and pen.
